Mission briefing as in...you don't know where to go to make the mission briefings, you want those "cool" flashy mission briefings...which one? Please be moe specific when you are asking the question

if its for the flashy ones then look in the tutorials section and itll be in there but right now im too lazy to get the link cuz im working on my map

Or do you mean Scenario> Breifeings (ALT+B)? It seems you don't know too much about the editor...

I think that if you dont know how to make any kind of mission breifings you are trying to look good by saying you are average which you are actually above average to the actual # of people who have ever opened the editor but not to what they say in the description so put begginer pls. and go to what Sa Max71 said if u want a flashy 1.
