Someone guessed or bruted or whatever the password to my USWest account, EzDay2.
Now, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this.
I thought I had registered it to my e-mail, but for some reason it wasn't, and I had never got any e-mail from B.Net saying my e-mail got changed, so apparently I thought wrong.
BTW, for anyone curious, my new account on West is cC.Tempest.

1. Complain to Blizzard.
2. Make a new account with a better password.

i didn't know there was a Asia 2 and Asia 3. You would have to modify your server list Foamy (don't ask me how)

The key to bruting is that the people have a list of passwords from which the bot guesses ur pass. Every time it fails to guess it loses a proxy (or somethin like that) so if u make a password hard enough eventually they either run out of proxies or just give up cuz ur account isnt owrth anything.

I had a friend who's account was stolen and he got it back!!! what happened was he called blizzard (on the phone) and told him what happened. To prove he was the one who created the account, he had to tell the person his cd key number and that person told him the current password of the name. My friend just changed the password. LOL
