Well if this one dies, it would because nobody plays their games, and accoring to the rules, they are disqualified and I keep their entry fees. A nice thing to encourage people to actually play.

I'm not really good at melee, but I can say that there are a lot of good players out there and map makers aren't nearly as good as they are. If you go to TeamLiquid {MOD NOTE: Some threads at this forum contain discussion of 13+ and 21+ topics} a lot of those people are crazy. They have replays of the best people around the world and they are pretty good themselves just not as good as those progamers.

beer_keg im pretty sure i can beat you judging by your performance on the replays. yeah teamliquid does have a lot of talented melee players. if the winter melee tournament does die, i need a refund.

I used to play at WGTour and I was in top 1000 I think when I was in my prime. I had about 200 APM but now I can hardly get to 80.

i hate wgtour. its full of bm people who loses and says they win just to waste my damn time. some players are really good and gm but most of them ive played so far have done nothing but bm. its also hard to find a game when your at certain ranks like C. anyone know what happened to PGTour?

APM is Actions Per Minute, so it's how many mouse clicks and button clicks you do in one minute on average.
ADDITION: And if I enter I would probably just cheeze anyone in my way until I go up against a turtler, then lose like crazy...

im pretty good melee player average 80 apm, but beat my friend who has 140 apm on a regular basis. all about good clicks
