I don't know what it does and i think it edits tilesets but i dunno, help?
Is it ISOM? That tool helps make block terrain.
Sorry man, I dunno what that does, I'll try and dl and figure it out for ya.
Edit : Whoa pretty complicated stuff, theres no tutorial section, thats bad. Well if you don't no how to use it I guess you can search on the internet.
Whatcha trying to do anyway?
Fool...
Its not for doing terrain editing, its for designing your own tilesets...Like Jungle Tile Set, or Ice Tile Set...
It requires a MOD to be seen, but can be very useful, someone used it to make you be able to build on Installation Tile Set, in-game.
I thought it was for tileset making...Could i like, make a tileset with jungle and wasteland terrain?Or can you explain how to use it coko

Yes you can, but you'll need everybody to have that tileset in a mod in oreder to play with your map.
Yes, its used for modding.
Ugh...I have no idea how to use this!
Simple; Don't use it. You can't use it for your map unless you were making a mod. Maybe ask Yoshi about it. Anyway just make your map terrain with Starforge.
Master making maps with what you have before you expand your mind and attempt to remove limitations. Or something. I'm not good at philosophical stuff like that. :/
Accually, you're very good at it. I didn't understand a word you said.

huh..?
Fine, I'll simplify: Don't bother with all these customization tools until you can make good maps without customs.

If there ANY program that lets you use multiple tilesets other then this?
Simply put it this way: you CAN'T possibly use two tilesets in a map. Unless you hack the SC engine.
Not unless... you live in.... BIZARRO WORLD!!!!!!!!!
Guess what, [you] does
Edit: Actually moddings really pretty easy (for SC).
Please don't use the <you> tag unless you really have to. -_-
You can use multiple tilesets with TileEdit... but you can only have certain elements from each... ie, you can't add or subtract elements. Like, you can replace Ruins with Space Platform, but you can't add Space Platform into a Jungle tileset. I'm not sure how to do this nor have I done it, its just what I know can be done.

[HIDE]GRRR Rune_Scape, at least in bizzaro world I'm supreme RULER![/HIDE]

I never seen this in any map I've played. (Maybe I need to play bw again.)
Here is a little guide to TileEdit then, since you want some more knowledge on it.
Developed by Shadow Flare for use in Single Player campaigns, first used to change the Installation's forever going down "waters style" into space. Thats the main use.
How its works:
You can edit the normal Tiles Sets, but need them in free form, which requires you to take them out of the .mpq (Even i don't know how to do that...)
Then it comes up, and it has a certain amount of Main Tiles. Like "Water", "Jungle" "Platform", "Snow", that style, and then each one has a certain amount of minor tiles, such as the one u use in Starforge, each square a little different.
To add your own, you make them in your photoshop or whatever, making them the right sort of file (Don't Know File Extension) and then put into your own Tile Set, or add them to the Current ones, then add them to your own SEMPQ to use for your maps and such.
There!
I can get it from the MPQ, I've done it before. The only problem is that is becomes a mod, and therefore won't be distributed as well.
