Please give more details I don't understand but here goes:

You want it so that when one unit passes through anohter one of them dies...?

If that is so then you need to center a 2x2 location around one of the units.
Then have a trigger that kills one or both of the units with a condition stating that those 2 units must be in that location.

like in a bound, that a unit walks agains a unit called fire,

Jimmy = Marine
Dark Archon = Fire

Jimmy walks agains the Fire, and he dies.

Then yes the system I just told you works.
HAve a location centered on Raynor and when the Dark Archon enters that location you kill the Raynor.

Use a 1x1 location, it works better. Center it around Jimmy and say:
Trigger
Conditions:
¤ Computer brings at least 1 Dark Archon to p1jimmy
Actions:
¤ Kill 1 Jim Raynor at p1jimmy
¤ preserve trigger

If you use a 2x2 location, too many people will be going WTF? How did he die?

Yes, but you only need to put a location around one of the two units.

It really is simple. Put in correct grammar, he said "[W]hen a creature [goes] th[r]ough another one, one dies."

Take creature to mean unit and you get "Whenever a unit touches another unit, one dies. Common sense tells us this is like a bound obstacle.
