ive always thought a race that has a Y in place of an I sounds pretty hot (wc3's Satyr's). you can try adding the suffix -aur to a common word(s) with rearranged letters (minotaur-im rearranged-not minot-aur ).
hows about,
Innotyr(s)
Clycaur(s) (cycle rearranged minus the E hehe)
Lynaius (Lynai plural )
Gyataur(s)
play with words and stare at the keyboard to keep variety in your ideas if ya have to.

I have a "formula" that I just made up. You can spell units of the sc races names out. Take out the first and last letter of the name (ex. Mutalisk = utalis) then read it backwards. So, Silatu I dunno.
