I mean this:
It should be quite a big map with about 6 players or something (doesn't really matter) and everyone has a few builders. Everyone has the same kinda dungeon like terrain on there part, you have to build a defense to prefent the enemy to enter your....'thing'. Now that isn't new at all, but what if that defense could be things like this:
- Number codes: when you enter a region or want to open a door you have to enter a number (the computer will randomize the number) to continue, you have a few beacons, a SCV (or probe/drone) and crystals which you must move to the beacon.
- Steal a datadisc without being seen while all kinds of units patrol, etc.
- kill certain amount of units in certain amount of time, you can choose the unit you want
etc.
All kinds of 'minigames' which you have to complete so you can continue and between the games you also have to be unseen by the enemy, etc.
Defenses cost minarels and the better the defense the more it costs, etc.
What do ya think ?
