It doesn't move. Those nuts are very well placed in a patter that makes it hard for your eyes to see it all at once, so your eyes try to bend the picture which makes your brain think it's moving.
BTW: It's imposible to make a picture move by detecting that the person seeing the picture changed his angle of seeing.

it isn't animated, for 2 reasons
1 the image only moves in the periferal vision, meaning, wherever you look at it, it will not move, corner of the eyes only there is no such thing as a smart animation
2 i saved it as a .gif and opened it to look at slides, there was only one, meaning it could not be animated, animated pics always have more than 1 slide

It does not move, it only moves if you move your eye balls. If you stare at one nut, nothing will happen.

No, Stare at the middlest nut for a little bit and nothing moves. Its just when ytou shift your eyes that it moves.

Its just an illusion since if you put your mouse over it you can save the image. Normally I think it would have to be flash to be animated.

I don't think you get it (unless for some other reason).
You try to look for them and when you move your eyes black dots will appear to jump around in the white circles.

That is actually true, but take a look at the picture and don't click on it. If it is animated, the picture will move even without clicking the link. If your picture was the size of what SC-X/\/\asta -{BAnNeD}- posted, then it would be more hard to figure out.
