I'm making a map thats like Rise of Rome and Rise of Egypt, except my terrain making skills are... mediocre at best.
So, what I need terrain of is Europe and the northern part of Africa, along with Asia Minor, and some chunk of Russia.
The terrain preferred would be Jungle (dirt as base) and 256X256
I REALLY don't have anything to offer, except credit in map and my thanks
There is already many good europe maps. Why don't you ask them if you can get a copy of that terrain.
Even easier idea~ Just get a picture of Europe and use the SCMapper by Scag or whatever!
Go awhile back and find a thread, in here, similar to yours. The terrain in that (made by me) might be adaptable to your purposes. It fits all that criteria, at least.
LordVodka: When you use a program like BMP2SC it will make the map in square tiles and it won't have cliffs, or mountains or any other features.
He will have to make it all in normal terrain and thats a pain since it won't do it perfectly.
he'll have the layout though if he does that.
Best way would prolly be to use someone elses though.
