Increase the volume of your music, you can't mute the explotions.

how do you change the volume on your music? do you use the sound recorder that comes with your computer? or do i do it in SCXE or SF

You can do it with the Sound Recorder. Just open up your wave, Effects > Increase Volume (25%). Keep increasing it until you think it is loud enough.

You can also have it play the music numerous times on top of itself, that will increase the volume.

Dirst of all, Salacious, that didn't help. And second of all have a way you can turn the music off cause listen to the same music loop for a long time tends to cause dementia and mental illness.

First of all, what SaLaCiouS(U) said was true. Playing the music many times without waits will make it louder.

depends how many times, I've tried it some times before and if you repeat it at the same time more than 5 times it makes an annoying echo.

Thats because Starcraft can't loop it within a time frame that your ears can't recognise the difference.

Couldn't you also tell the player to press Control + S to mute all sound fx, but will it mute the music as well?

edit: nvm i tried it and control s will mute the music as well

When I use the ctrl+s/ctrl+m i just play around with it. I don't sometimes know which ones mutes or starts what. You can mute sc noises (when they talk, deathe etc.) and the music will still continue.

ctrl+s/ctrl+m both mute and start it. It's a toggle. It only does music, not noises. The way to fix this problem is
1) Use sound recorder or another software to increase the volume of the music.
2) Give it to me and I'll do it for you tongue.gif
3) Ask the people that play the map to turn off their SC sounds closedeyes.gif

Note to anyone reading this: Don't say censored.gif unless you know what you are talking about. And even then, be careful, because God might be watching and he might go back into the past and change history so that you are wrong, thus raping you in the anus. That's happened to me, twice.

just to clarafy your using your own music imported in a wav file, not the SC music, right? It's hard to tell which from your post, but some of the replys asume it's imported music.
