Thx for ur help.

well if you want a player to crash use an independant command center or the warp gate that are in the crash folder of SCXE. you could use othere units but those will work fine. now place them in an area that nobody will see in the game. now if the player uses a map hack the user will most likely crash.
heres a link for
anti- hackingalso you can center view the player to the area there and create a map revealer so they can see and they will crash.

Thx for the help. Hope i can help u back one day.
Warp Gate doesn't crash SC. It's a normal unit. I've heard rumors the Independant cc crashing was patched secretly in 1.1b I don't know, I'd have to check. You don't want a map revealer there, or else everyone crashes. You want there to be nothing so if they hack they'll see it and crash. if independant cc was in fact patched, and I'm syre some maphacks can override it now anyways, use SCXE to disable a computer owned unit like a Nexus or Valkyrie. If you have UltimaEdit, you can place Cantina and stuff, but SCXE is mroe popular for Campaign Editor mods.
there is a different unused unit that is a warp gate for the image thatll crash you. everyone would crash if they had vision with the player but if they dont then only he would crash. or when you center view you could disable vision before centering so only that 1 player crashes.
The Independent CC is not patched, but many people have anti-anti-hacks which allow them to view the Independent CC normally so that it will not crash them. I recommend using some other unit.
One of my favorite ways is just disabling doodad status on a dragoon after you center location it works and its funny..
Use units with ID number thing over 300, a number in the thousands works best.

The independent cc crashes the game (unless someone is doing what sala mentioned) because it is trying to use a weapon it doesn't have. (Don't believe me? Go take a look at it using starforge/scm draft 2.) Also, I don't think this can be fixed in a patch unless blizzard releases a new version of starcraft that effectivly makes all current versions of starcraft obsolete.
Thx alot, i think i am goin to love this site

i never tough such nice people would even exist.

We aren't all nice all the time, but mostly we like to help. Most people learnt that way, i learnt when we had about five posters over a year ago.
If it was trying to use a weapon it doesn't have, it would crash when the map loads, and when you don't even have vision of it. If it was a weapon, and if I am the only player in the game, why did it crash me?

Looking at a mapping program doesn't say "This unit crashes because...". Of course I don't believe you.
well clan AoD_ ( old Sniper map makers ) they had some weird trigger and it had to do with a starport. the starport was invisible and was hidden on walls so it was basically undetected. But Raynor the new mapmaker of Snipers uses map revealers and disables a infested duran on the tops of cliffs and stuff. so i believe those are the units that crash hackers. sorry for not alot of information if i knew more i would tell you nova.
What you do is if it's a snipers map, you use the same unit you use to "snipe". This way, if hackers disable view of this unit(essentially how they stop it from crashing), they won't be able to play.
But can't ghosts be cloaked safely?
Lol... AoD_AngelicWar (Vague/Unjustified_1) didn't make

. He ripped a map and put his name on it. Consumed. put an anti-hack on sniper maps long before the steal. Raynor updated the anti-hack, though I'm almost positive he uses a normal terran ghost and not infested duran disabled for the reason that DK gave. And cloaking means absolutely nothing in this scenario, so kindly don't spam Zerg.
I doubt many people will do this in your map but if you have buildings that build units, set a unit build time to 8739. When they click it, sc will crash... This window will come up something about.. blah, I dunno but don't send or something.
p.s irrelevant but can someone tell me how quotes work? they work different from other boards/forums I've been to.
Crash units can avoid map hackers and also effective against hackers using 'stay alive hack'.
I've heard that the stay alive hack allows players stay in game after they have suffered defeat. Crash players that 'lost' after 10 seconds u end their game in defeat in case they used the stay alive hack to stay in game.

If you want to quote a single person click the "reply" button after there post (notice the quote mark on the button)
If you click the "quote" button you will notice that the plus sign becomes a minus and it will turn gray. This is like selecting a post. You can click select several post then hit "addreply" on the bottom of the screen and it will quote all of them.
The code works the same way as other sites do.
Well If you want to make a hacker crasher, just place a few units that cant be disable normally without crash in a place they cant see. Disable those buildings and for sure if a hacker looks there he will be crashed. Ive done a map where you try to avoid a disabled nuke that is juke yard doging. Its pretty fun.

Sorry, I meant disabled. All ghosts can be disabled safely, and Infested Duran is a ghost, so it disables without crashing.
