Unfortunately you can't. Stasis field is a spell with no ai script or placebale working sprite. Does anyone have a working version of 'Spell Check'? I bet that'll show how you make the arbiter stasis.

I'll look for the map, It shows you how to make units use different spells. I'm sure it shows what must happen for stasis.

edit:

I can't seem to find it, it must be at my dad's house.... I'm sure someone has it though.

Arbiter Stasis;

- Stasis Field -
*If the arbiter is idle close by where a unit an enemy is attacking something (doesn't seem to matter what its attacking) the arbiter will fly over and use stasis on it
*Only seem to want to use it once or twice
*They will use this on attacking heroes
*In this same aspect arbiters will fly over to cloak its units that are being attacked

Take an Arbiter with Statis researched and select it. Check that you have enough energy. Hit the Stasis Field button, then click the area where you want to cast it.

Lol moose your sarcasm! He means a computer (I think..)

Clearly Moose said that because the person asking the question did not specify.
And to add on to what he said, you can also ask a friend to do the same if you are in the same game.

if you do not want people to see the arbiter, you can have it cloaked for a computer player and make it so that the person cannot see any cloaked units for that player, i would then set arbiter to unlimited energy and set it to idle next to where you want the stasised unit, maybe if u reduce arbiter attack to nothing and set ai script run stragetic or random attack at "location" arbiter should stasis. i would try getting rid of arbiter attack so that arbiter stasis instead of trying to attack.

to cloak the aribiter though you would need to use the player 161 method and if you need statis in more than one spot then your screwed because the p161 thing only works once.
