There is. You need to do something with a unit owned by P14. I'll find the link because I don't rememerb which one it is.

No, there isn't. There is only 2x and 4x speeds. Units will not function properly. View this tutorial and scroll to the bottom for instructions: http://www.staredit.net/index.php?act=tuto...2012+%20Effects

Gassy made a map with, what i beleive to be 8x Speed. Only that it has messed up characters, so does not show up to upload
