1.My tanks are staying sieged for some reason... i disabled the siege effect so they shouldnt be able to get out. but they go unsieged and it turns out a disaster ><
2.On the ammo system were you half to re-enable the alliance to "force 2" well player 1 can choose sides.... and im using force 2,3. How am i supose to set the trigger to do the right alliance?

i had the same problem in a Map where i used Grid-Movement Trigger...
Try having the tanks owned by a computer and sieged, then given to the player. That should with the tanks. I believe preplaced siege tanks with siege mode disabled will have it not siege all the way, it'll revert almost immediately.
Do you mean they aren't staying sieged or they arent staying unsieged?
Answer is same anyways, Computers can siege and unsiege even with the ability disabled.
To get unsieged tanks to seige back just make a 1x1 loc and a trigger like this:
CONDITIONS
-'PLAYER 1' commands 'AT LEAST 1' 'TERRAN SIEGE TANK (TANK MODE)'.
ACTIONS
-Center location labled '(the 1x1 loc you made)' on 'TERRAN SIEGE TANK (TANK MODE)' owned by 'PLAYER 1'.
-Remove '1' 'TERRAN SIEGE TANK (TANK MODE)' owned by 'PLAYER 1' at 'ANYWHERE'.
-CREATE '1' 'TERRAN SIEGE TANK (SIEGE MODE)' at '(the 1x1 loc you made)'.
-Preserve trigger.
It will even look like the animation of him sieging back, but If he still wants to unsiege It'll just have him unsieging and sieging back for the whole game.
P.s. Replace PLAYER 1 with the player with the tanks.
lol....you can also use an AI Script to tell the Tank to go to the Siege Mode...
The Ai SCript is called "Broodwar Terran 6 - Town A"...

Not sure exactly what the problem is, but computer tanks in seige mode can unsiege (but NOT siege again) regardless of ability setting.
About the alliance force thing.
You could just make the trigegrs per player nad depending on which alliance that player choose(I'm thinking you choose this inside the game not the downlaoding screen), you can put a death counter or a switch to make it define which alliance the player choose.

but i think it might work
when you disable abilities like burrow or siege mode, start the units off owned by a computer with it researched and give it to a player with it not researched. i had problems with it in a map i was making so ill go check that.
