My disc drive won't open any more. It's really dusty and a little green light flashes when I press the button, but it won't come out. I didn't know if anyone knew a good easy way to fix it, and whether forcing it out would be a good idea or not. I want to play SC cry.gif , lol

...Usually there's a little hole in the front of the cd drive, try sticking a paper clip or something similiar. There's like a manual eject button in there.
...Buy a new cd drive, they're pretty cheap. I bet you could find one for $5 on ebay.
...Get a starcraft .iso file and use daemon tools to run it as a virtual cd.

Yea, I'll also have to buy a new drive. I tried what you just said IP, even though my dad told me not to touch them since they don't work no more.
He said he'll buy one at january when school starts crazy.gif
I'll only get to play SC on weekends and when my parents aren't home. I might map a little but thats it. I'll still go to mapnights though.

Also I'd like to say that you guys should expect a lot of melee maps form me.

If you must, take off the side of the CPu and pull out the drive, then smash it open (assuming it's broken)

WHy would you do that? There is a rubber band in the cd rom that makes it open/close. If this band breaks, then the cd rom won't open without a great deal of difficulty. I think these bands cost less than 5 dollors to replace.
