I'd Say warcraft 3, can do anything in the editor, and i'm getting used to it, also warcraft 3 is tight

you can't do anything in the World Editor, but I totaly agree it's 2000% more powerful than StarEdit, it can do things that you can just dearm of being able to do in SC... all that variable thingy, the unit status and the so much powerful triggers...
but it has a big problem - it has WC3 graphic and it's 3d, it doesn't have cool glitches like in SC and map making is boring since you can do (almost) anything you want... at least in SC you need to be creative and create your own kewl systems and triggers for anything to work... in WC3 blizzard made everything for you and you can make a "complicated" map in 5 minutes.

I already Saw screen of this Mod for warcraft...
Barelly, I prefer WC3 for the strategies... But if you wanna compare Editor... I'm the same as AqoTrooper told...

They are both powerful ediotors, but the Warcraft editor can do more that the Starcraft one, but too bad I haven't sat down and looked at it longer. ^.^

ppl, sorry for saying this but you gotta be real noobs in the WC3 editor... since this is not a mod at all, infect, I can create the same picture myself and show you many ranges of it... add rain and cool sky... etc etc.
the marine and hydra have a models made by blizzard in the WC3 editor, and it's those.
I suggest you playing WC3 more often before you post here, since it's a 50% WC3 thread and you have to really know the game before talking about it.

Oh... I though they were a picture of a famous Mod I already saw, the mod was totally Sc but In 3d with the same interface and menu, attack and units...

WC3 is good but i prefer SC over it. Even though the wc3 editor owns the sc one, the graphics in sc way better. WC3 looks to cartoonish, too animated. The sc ones actually look like real people and aliens.

I haven't done anything in the WC editor because I played the game at my friends house when I played it... but I prefer the gaming of SC over WC. WC has the really annoying upkeep, and WC gets laggy quickly. Also, I hate the 3D look. I wish they still made games that are 2D but still ka (I know GameBoy has those, but they don't count

Yea I think it's this one... This mod rocked soo hardcore when they were in the beta version... I never played it. Hum... I will give a try next time I can see my friend, he can regive me back my WC3 cd...

I still prefer SC graphics over C&C. I prefer the old games with the old styles. I love new games, but I always like the old ones better. Dunno why but I do... am I alone in thinking like this, lol?

eh i like tft cuz of the heroes. they're cool illidan rocks. and the fact that wc3 editor can change almost every aspect of warcraft, i like it more. way better ums than starcraft. some starcraft ums have complex and unique triggers but arent as fun.

We're a StarCraft site, most people will like StarCraft more because this is a StarCraft site, not a WC3 site..

Its not a mod, Warcraft 3 has marines, hydralisk and zerglings in it as special characters avalable in the world editor.

I prefer StarCraft over WarCraft. I've always liked StarCraft's gameplay more then WarCrafts. With my experiences on WarCraft i'd say 90% of all the people who play WarCraft are
