Why not look at statistics? Or have IP do it for you, with Moderation actions in the Admin CP.
Also, use your brain and have a poll.

There's only Moose, Aster, Bolt_Head, Boss (IP), and Coko, maybe Chu, I cannot remember. That have the most moderating powers over all the people.
Coko only controls one forum also, so that elimanates one person.

You forgot to mention DT(he closes a lot) and Clokr_. To make you sure yes Chu mods the assistance forum.

DT is not a mod anymore to my knowledge, Clokr_ wouldn't have a chance because he isn't on that often.

I've surpassed Bolt_Head in moderator actions. He used to be first. Dunno about specifics though. Chances are I'm ahead just because I edit half my posts. Also, no idea of knowing how far back the logs go.
DT had 219 in his short time as moderator of just one forum. Almost as much as isolated accross all the forums in his entire reign. :/

Out of two pages, Bolt locked a lot of topics. Moose deleted a bunch of posts.
The logs go back as far as like a week since I started. I cleared most of the logs out just because I wanted to see who was actively running around SEN the most

IP doesn't do much moderating... Hey, it's not my fault i see the topics first. Besides, i fixed a lot of spelling mistakes and stuff for convience... Bet most of 219 were edits.
