What program do you use to cut a wav into sections?

Use Sound Recorder (comes with system). Just chop off after or before current point and save as.

Not sure, i moved it. Search your comp for it (called Sound Recorder)

go to program files, accessories, and i think its in entertainment. if you cannot find it their then go to run and type sndrec32 and click ok

well hes speciffically asking how to chop up waves but then he asked where sound recorder was
