I was just wondering what a good cheap program is for doing simple animations, like the way Yoshi_da_Sniper's avatar switches every second, and my avatar turns. Anyone know a good one?

GIF construction set professional.
Its free but you get the wait thing after like 30 days. You also have to do Frame by Frame animation. Maybe try flash? which is free for 30 days, but then like $500 to buy :/

Hey i thought i was the only one in the whole world that used GIF construction set professional.. lol. Nice little program for .gif images and you don't have to pay.. all you have to do is listen to that lady telling you to register when you close the program.
