Hey i just d/l Scmdraft 2.0 and i was woundering how do you make it so that you can see the area of site. Cuase i want to be able to see how far the Map Revealars can see. I know that you can set them so they are even but i dont want 1 area to be seen. Can anyone help? THANKS
The current version of SCMDraft doesn't have that feature yet. I think the next version will whenever it gets released. Right now you can figure it out by calculating the matrices in a grid. A map revealer's sight is 8 matrices around. So just count 8 around the map revealer and you got it.
EDIT: It's actually 8 you space them 16 from each other.
I don't think SI has released th version that has that option working yet =\ But, map revealers sight range is 8 on each diagonal, and it makes a circle from there. I hope that helps....
edit:
Stealth got there before me.
Yes there is a version with unit sight in the SCMDraft 2 v0.4.X
It's the newest version which can be found at StormCoast Fortress(Just look at our affiliates).
I know it can be done because I've seen it before on my own computer.
can you provide a link with the download because ive searched the site and its not there
How about the zooming things? Does it work? Or is it for later versions.
I think scmdraft 1 had that

I'll look for the new version and if no-one responds before I test it, I'll say whether I can find out if it does that or not.
yes ive seen that but when i dl it and open it it just sais 0.4.5 still. do i have to reinstall scmdraft for it to work?
I don't know. Mine just says 0.4.X and I know I used the unit sight thing before but I can't seem to remember how I did it.
If you get plug-ins, if you have the new version open, go to plug-ins and it has the new options in there.
I need to get the new plug-in then, I only have the Trigger one, which I don't really understand very much, lol
i think i will re-install scm draft to see if it works. ill edit after i do that
<edit> i tried deleteing my folder then downloading it again but its still 0.4.5. maybe there link is bad but could you perhaps attach a copy of your scm draft folder? that would be nice
