umm im not sure but i have an idea but why would you want to send a virus? try sending a link to a website infected with a virus because messing around with viruses on your comp will screw it up.

Why his comp when you can fight with him(unless he bigger than you). Your family might loose money if you get that comp really ed up.

I'd download Winjack, a relatively unknown Mac-based trojan for Windows 98 and up, and use it to remote control his computer. 
Of course, you need to have a Mac to run the client software and somehow get the Winjack server onto his computer.
