Locked down you need a ghost. There was a map that shows you how to provoke all the spells, I'll have to find it. Disabled you use SCXE or something and use the action "Set Doodad State", pick disable, and pick a unit to disable.

I think it works the same way as medic blinding. You make sure the ghost has enough energy for lock down. Make a mechanical unit attack the ghost. Then it should lock down the units and maybe other units around it too. If it has enough energy.

But shouldnt the lockdown dissapear after a while like in the normal game then?
