Best clan for halo2, there is no such thing as best clan.

As far as sc ghost, they say it's going to come out july 2005 but i highly doubt it.

Original release date for SC: Ghost was September 2003. Latest I've heard, it's comming June 2005.

BEST is an opinion. You have to choose for yourself.
