I am glad all is well, so can we all continue on with the SMT as planned?
We did get all caught up today in that little "war."
Now that everything is okay, I saw we look foward and try to figure out what we are to do next.

My guess (Still being validated) is that SMT will wait for more trigger people to sign up, then go on with the first map.

The team may go private if this kind of stuff continues, We will not communitcate with non-members and i must say Voidarchon your position is at serious risk, you were mis-informed and you owe me a big apology. I don't think my position will be lost and im sorry for cursing in the past, but all is well. Perhaps we will decide that Moogle and myself will both be co-leaders nothing is official and thanks to all this no-since the team may die out. Yes, there are a lot of problems.

T-Virus needs to keep his temper under control and not get carried away with his own self-importance, and also remember that SMT is not going to be the vessel through which all his map ideas will be created. I read the transcript (difficult to wade through such poor formatting), and that still hasn't changed my opinion.

I don't know if he's something of a Jekyll & Hyde character - but I hope that if he is that he has the sense to keep 'Hyde' suppressed. Hot-headed and ruthless leadership might work in the real world when you have allies to back you up, but on the internet it just unsettles people and inspires revolt.

Nobody likes to be someone else's slave (especially when the slavemaster is younger than themselves), but the feeling that you are someone's slave can be somewhat diminished if you act in a sensitive manner, which the co-leader has not.

I appreciate the difficulties of helping to lead a mapping team - and I understand that T-Virus may have been putting in an exceptional work-rate in other areas, but he definitely is not a people-person. Maybe SMT needs to find a 'voice' (in other words, a spokesperson) to say to members and the public what needs to be said without inflaming fragile personalities and causing outrage by being as subtle as a sledgehammer.

There's my two cents.

Is Moogle back on or not?

In the future there will always be 2 Co-Leaders, that way this stuff won't happen while I'm away(Which usually happened while I was away). That way one of the Co-Leader can talk to the other and sort thign out the right way.

The other co-leader should be moogle. He is a good friend..and he's a good member.
