Im assuming its some sort of sprite and it can be only done using some sort of editor but i only have star draft and also scx extra sc fordge does not work for me huh.gif so is there anyway of placing this beacon zerg protoss terran what ever it may be inside OUT ( usually its unclickable ) using just them editors i got .. or another one? i tried a million times installing sc fordge my computer just dont like it thanks biggrin.gif

You mean the glowing part of it? You just disable the doodad state of it.

Yes.

One more thing, the players you want it to appear like that to must not own it. If they own it then the beacon will appear cloaked and will be clickable.

It's easier if you make it for a computer player that you have vision with. Then create a observer for that computer player, wait, kill it. Bingo.

The true answer here is confusingly stated.

1. Give allied vision with a computer player who owns the beacon you wish to make appear "invisible"
2. Use "Disable Doodad State" on the beacon.
3. Take away allied vision with that computer player

The beacon is now "cloaked" and will appear "inside-out" unless you have a detector nearby.

No, you need the vision. So clueless dots.gif Otherwise you see the whole beacon. (but it is still unclickable)
