well I'm a fan of doom3 and stuff
i think its better than hl2 and other games (dont argue)
the original levels arent good without some mods (skins/gameplay)

Doom 3 was meh to me. I mean at first I was like...omfg this is amazing. Then it just got repetive. Its the same thing over and over. Walk through corridors, read emails, shoot zombies. Halflife 2 is SO much better. There's actually stuff to do in HL2. It changes it up. Doom 3 multiplayer is laughable. HL2 deathmatch is fun but CSS is where it's at =D.

Well when doom 3 came out l ddint really care. I got the game from my friend and played it not very good game so l deleted it. Halo 2 came out and l still playing it. Halo 2 much better than doom 3!!!!

Doom 3 is one of the best FPS's of all time. Second place, with halo 2 in first. Scary as *beep*!

I heard Doom3 is supposed to be very scary. I checked some previews for it. It looks ok.

I still remember playing the first halo and the first part where we meet the flood. It was scary.

doom 3 scary no way who can doom 3 be scary. I just waled around using cheats and blasted every zombie kinda thing that came in my way

Doom 3 is crap. The textures on most of the items are yawnable and the same word can be used to describe the gameplay after about an hour of it. HL2 on the other hand...=D. Ya halo2 is pretty awesome but I can't say I play it much anymore now that I have CSS lol.

did u play at ultra-high quality with all of the stuff ON ? )
did u get a decent mod with skins and gamplay mods?

it's the best singleplayer level out there !!!

Trust me on this one. EVERYTHING is darker in the game, whateverlights there are sometimes shut off, monsters come out of nowhere behind you and everything and theres evil stuff happening as you walk around (ie, evil laughing, some guy taunting telling you your soul will burn in hell, and dead bodies flying around on their own).

Plus, you have a flashlight, but you cant have your gun out at the same time. So you have to make a choice - light or weapon.

As I said, one of the best FPS's ever.

Never tried Doom 3 but it looks cool.

I played it at the higest level. I did get to the end but only because I got so bored with the game that I played around with cheats. And why do I have to apply skins and mods to make a game fun? Isn't that the developer's job?

Well, cheating? That might have changed the way the game felt and played for you.

Me on the over hand, Have not had the chance to play the game. But i have the game on my computer shelf saying PLAY ME! But i can't. But oh well when me get my computer i will.

by the way i found a 1337 uber mod for doom3 =) like it VERY much.
its so REAL now XD

I played with the sound tweaked by Treant Reznor from Nine Inch Nails ( I think that's who it was). IT was cooler but nothing too too special.

there are lotsa ty mods. some have good stuff in them.

that sound mod is good tho. combined with other 4 mods i have a perfect doom3 =) on the current moment
