That mod changes the file aiscript.bin, where all the AIs computer are stored. I'm not sure if the other scripts, like vision and such, are stored there too, but I think so. If that file has changed, all the things that it stores might have changed, like those scripts, and also all the replays that used them.
To get back the old aiscript.bin file try to unistall the mod. If that doesn't work I suggest the steps that I wrote in the other AIx20 topic.

Seems like ignorance at work. It did say you must uninstall to play normally again. And it's called the BW AI Script Project, not AIx20.

Yes, please. If anything call it BWAI Scripts 3.0 (assuming you're using the latest version).
