May be a stupid question IP, but anyone who wants to access the DLDB after you ban them can either logout or make a new account.

Can't do that for almost everything we do?
Hell breaks loose if they do that.
ADDITION:
Also... they are only banned from adding files, nothing else really. If they make a new account just to spam the dldb more with
, they really do have more serious issues coming.
