I didn't think that was funny at all. The only thing that made me smile a little bit was when he points out we're just fighting for a barren wasteland in the middle of nowhere, that has no use to anyone. But I've already seen that joke on RedvsBlue, and you just can't top that.

That was half-hilarious due to it's maniacal approach, half destroyed-comedy due to its laboured points.

The review seems to be glaringly harsh (and therefore unfunny) at first, but if you read it a few times you begin to notice the subtlety of some of the comedy.
