From what ive seen isolated, the raffle likes to choose newbies taht have joined very recently.

I didn't rig it, Blue did... I was the one who told him how and supplied him with the minerals. Shortly after the Raffle was set up I figured out that it could be abused by opening several windows and purchasing 10 tickets in each. You dont even need enough money, just enough for the initial 10 (you could use less but obviously it would take more time) It'll subtract from whatever you have and leave you in negatives. I didn't not take advantage of this because any mod could just look and see that I had purchased more tickets than I was supposed to (and you would have to buy a lot to make sure you won, because if you didn't win then you’d lose a lot of minerals... probably get negative minerals at that). Anyway so I told this to Blue a while back when we were chatting about the boards he was planning to set up (he intended on setting up something like a combination between SEN's mineral system and GameFAQ's karma, and thought he'd set up a raffle and stuff). So, today he came over to use my comp (he does this a lot as he isnt allowed on the comp at his house) and set up my account. He said something about DT's bank and asked me for a loan... I agreed... He made a few posts ... one of which was locked by IP... Blue went and got me (i was playing videogames or watching tv or something) and said that IP had taken the minerals i gave him, so I then posted some to try to get them back ( i wasnt really as mad as i seemed in my post. I cant see name glow/shadow on my comp, and i dont play armies, so why should I care about minerals?)... anyway I found out why IP locked the topic... we kissed, made up, I went back to my halo... Blue put my raffle rigging idea to use, it worked, then he left at six something, and I got on at like 6:08(ish)... at this point i more or less figured out what was going on. I decided it would be a bad idea to stick around seeing as how there wasnt much i could say in my defense and i was partially (mostly) to blame anyway... and i left.
