other than the fact that super powers don't exist, etc, here is proof Superman as a cartoon is not real. There is a scene where lois is falling from atop a building and he flies up and saves her. Let's say Lois weighs 60 Kg and is falling at 55 meters per second (terminal velocity for a body). Superman flies up at 10 meters per second and is still going 10 m/s after he saves her. The act of catching her takes 0.3 seconds.
Therefore, Lois undergoes a 65 m/s change in velocity over 0.3 seconds. Therefore, her average acceleration is approximately 217 m/s^2. She weighs 60 kg.
By F=ma, The force exerted on Lois by Superman in Newtons is equal to (60)(217). This is approximately 13000 Newtons or 3000 pounds. Therefore, we must conclude that Lois should die.
