In Starforge, there is this function "Resize" to resize a map.
How do i use it correctly?
I resized my map, but it turned into a invalid senario...
Thanks
I prefer not using rezize map since sometimes it crashes your map. I usually find the additional space I need by eliminating not very important areas or starting over. If you have too much space then just make it null and don't give vision.
If your going to resize your map, use scm DRAFT 2 for that; it won't mess up your map as much as Starforge will. If the map size can't be created using sc xtra, chances are good you won't be able to run the map without starcraft crashing.
Use SCMDraft, but keep a backup of your ma
you gotta use scmdraft or sumthing or redo ur map....
I beleive if your map is strange sizes it will crash Starcraft if it is the first map played, so be careful.
Also, GUEDIT can resize maps cant it?
I think guedit converts terrain types. Not sure if it can change size.
If i remember right it does, well either Guedit or SCMToolkit
Both of them can convert terrain types and only SCM Toolkit can resize the map.

I resized with SCMDraft...and it seems working fine.
Any defect by using SCMDraft?
Sometimes, if you are expanding the map, the new area of the map won't have a ISOM section. That is alright; it won't mess up your map too much. If a map's ISOM section is removed, making dimond shape terrain in sc xtra will be pretty hard to do.
