Hey everybody I need your help. I am looking for a utility or tool that allows you to cut out peices of sounds from themes and customizing sounds to fit the campaigneditor. I cant find anything anywhere, and I was wondering how you people who create sounds for RPG's do it.

I really appreciate it, and thank ya!

Microsoft sound recorder can do everything you just described. Other than that I'm pretty sure the downloads database is where you want to look.

MS Sound Recorder is the built-in windows sound recorder (if you use windows)
It should be at Start => Programs => Accessories => Entertainment => Sound Recorder
It can only open wavs. So I actually recommend you use http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ with the mp3 file that allows you to open and save mp3s.

LegacyWeapon: I didn't look at that program, so I don't know how good/bad it is (Although, if your recommending it, I will assume is is good program...)

InsaneCustoms: If you have nero, I recommend using nero wave editor. You can delete .001 of a second using nero if you wanted to.

Hmm, for me, Microsoft Sound Recorder doesn't work, though I don't remember why...
Hmm... either that, or I'm thinking of trying to record, instead... in which case, ignore my upper statement, because I just checked and I didn't get any error upon opening...
Bleh...
Meh...
