The true leader understands what needs to be done, and executes the plans, exploring new ideas and forever molding Clan Oo into a finer clan. The current leader and founder of Clan Oo is and always has been Oo.SOLAR.oO. He will always consider suggestions and will always defend Oo members who follow the rules, and most importantly work to improve Operation Onslaught, and make it fun for it's members.
The Co-Leader is a widely respected, full powered, boss of Clan Oo. Co-Leaders may hold ops and make important decisions concerning wars, goals, ranks, rules, the channel, and the website. The Co-Leader must log on often, and cannot ever become inactive without an excuse. The Co-Leader must make everyone in the clan feel welcome and satisfied, and work with the leader to keep the clan running smoothly.
The GMs assist the leaders however they can. GMs take a major responsibility to hold ops, enforce rules, solve fights, keep good relations with other clans, and make sure everyone in Oo does their job. GMs have 100 access. GM may demote, promote, ban, and suspend any rank from 5th class and officer.
Officers may do anything a first class member can do, however they can also ban 5th class to 2nd class members from the channel when necessary. They may ban a member from the clan unless an upper rank opposes. Enforcing the rules is the most important job of an officer.
90 access, recruiting, warn, kick, then ban any potential threats. An important part of the clan, so maturity and dedication are expected. 1st class memebers may demote or promote 3rd through 5th class members.
70 access, the abillity to warn, kick and warn, then ban or ipban and warn newbs, or even potential threats when necessary.
60 access, the abillity to warn, kick and warn, then ban any non Oo who breaks the rules. Also the abillity to unban people who have been banned who deserve to be unbanned.

The rank you start out with. Be recruited into Oo by a proper recruiter. 5th class members gain 55 access.
When someone joins Clan Oo but cannot part with another clan, they may join as 6th class. 6th class members enjoy all the privelages of being in Oo, however they cannot be promoted until the other clan has been abandoned.

The Leader of Operation Onslaught has to be the founder, or someone chosen by the founder, or current leader. The Leader of Clan Oo has the most responsibillity and the hardest job. The leader must have 100% undying dedication towards Oo. The leader has full power to do anything with an unquestioned authority. The leader doesn't have to explain himself when a decision is made.
There may never be more than two Co-Leaders. To become a Co-Leader of Operation Onslaught, you must be a General Manager who is loved by the entire clan, and the leader considers you a helpful powerful talented person.
There may never be more than four general managers. To become a General Manager, you must be an officer or first class member who never fights in the channel, respects and defends Operation Onslaught members, seldom breaks Oo rules, and is very active. To become a GM you must have Recruited at least 5 talented mapmakers. A GM must also show signs that they are capable of making sure lower ranks are where they belong, and that the officers do their job.

To become a first class member, you must have created eight new maps rated 40 or better, four of which must be non-bounds, one must be rated over 45, and you must have no habits of fighting or abusing access. You must be active to hold the 1st class rank.
To become a second class member, you must have created six Oo maps rated 40 or better, three of which must be non-bounds, and you must have no habits of fighting or abusing access.
To become a 3rd class member, you must create four maps rated 40 or better, at least one must be non-bound. You must have no habits of fighting or abusing access.
To become a 4th class member, you must create two maps rated 40 or better.
To become a 5th class Oo member, you must either make a map rated 40 or better, or be personally invited by a leader.
To be the 6th class member, you may join Oo from another clan, without abandoning membership in it. Although it is the lowest class in Oo, it is a happy compromise if you cannot leave an old clan at the time. Note, you may not join another clan from Oo and be demoted to 6th class, this only applies for someone who has not been in Oo before. Also, people who break rules too often in Oo may be demoted down to 6th class.
1st Class = 8 maps, half of which are nonbound.
2nd class = 6 maps, half of which are nonbound.
3rd class = 4 maps, half of which are nonbound.
4th class = 2 maps, one of which is nonbound.
The maps count only if they are rated 40 or greater, and they must have your Oo. name somewhere clearly seen, or your tagless name with Clan Oo or some type of Oo insignia nearby.
