It displays in the random map tips too, check before asking next time.
And you could also test it yourself...

Yea I know it displays in the random map tips, after like 5 min of refreshing, couldn't find it.

Also testing myself would take a bit of nit picky guestimation and trial

Its technacly less than 12 but still more than 11.

Cause if you make a map that is 12 tiles tall you can still scroll up and down about half a tile size. But if you make a map that is 11 tiles high you can scroll off and crash.

If you play that map as your first game you also crash. So it's not the best idea to release one of those on Battle.net without prior warning. And it's 20x12, not 12x20.

20x12, 12x20 is the samething for many. As long as they know its longer left and right than it is up and down.

It is only 11.5 high because the bars on the bottom cover half a tile. It seems that if you make a map with an odd size, then it has to have one side be normal and one can be odd. At least as far as I've tested it.
