People are usually at school/work at those times. It's in the evening where we typically have 30-70 users on the site at one time.

I think it prints the previous active users until you click another link (you are counted, but you only see it when you navigate to another page).

When people logs in midnight or "DAY", i just logged in 15 minutes later then its all EMPTY, LoL...
