There's no need to moderate the clan forums (unless it's something that breaks the rules to the extreme... warez, etc). They have the power to do whatever they want themselves. So if they think a topic should be in map assistance, they can post a link to the forum and close the topic. If it has nothing to do with MC, they can close or delete the topic.
So don't do the simple stuff like move topics out of their forum. It's their forums, they can manage it.
