For some reason the map im making people arent able to download....I have no idea why.... dose anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?

My suggestion is that you attach the map here and we can than check and tell you what's wrong.

Is your map realy huge? like more then 4 megs? if it is, that's your problem it's downloading but it looks like it's not becuse it's going to take a while to get to 1% and SC has no display for 0%

No the map isnt big its like a test version of a map im making called Cloaked Lazer tag I wanted ti check if SC would crash if there were too many players with cloaked units and I hosted a game and my friends werent able to download it

What do you mean by can't download? They don't start DLing?
If the map isn't huge, your port settings could be messed up, or you could lag a lot.

My sugestion would to be get a faster enternet, or highspeed upgrade. I had some problems when i had 56k with sending maps. It also could be that certain things on your map would allow it. I had to recreate an rp i made to make it work like that.

kranaga - Internet*Guys the map isnt big no music files nothing like that...and people HAVE been able to download from me...and still are able to download from me its just that one map for some reason the DL wont start....can someone please help!?

Could be firewall or router related; I used to have trouble with that sort of thing. I don't think it's the actual map that is the problem.

I certainly have no idea why it wouldn't work then. Try uploading it here and we'll see if we can recreate the problem.

Ok guys I fixed the problem....somehow.... I'm not too sure what I did....but I think it might have been the File name it was +Lazer Tag [Cloaked].scx and the only change I made was i took out the "+" in the file name works fine now. Thanks anyways guys!
