Alright, I felt like making a list of the ideas and crap that I wanted to put into maps. But I suck at making maps. Actualy, why they're here is because I'm hoping someone will decide they like one or more of the ideas and use them. It's better than releasing a bunch of half-@$$ crappy maps that are half done and hardly tested with the ideas.

A map that's just a big ship arena. You have a "Targetting Redicle" that's an upgraded(running speed) Zergling. Your primary cannon is an instant hit "Laser". No special effects, it just creates a scourge where the Zergling is, IF it's right on an enemy air unit. You can upgrade it to make 3 Scourge or something. You can also buy Energy Blasters, which create various units, depending on how fast the blast is supposed to be. There's one, which is an extremely fast, low damage one that's:
A Zergling appears, and it runs to where the Targetting Redicle WAS when the shot command was issued. Where it WAS, there's a Zerg egg or something. The Zergling that is the WEAPON BOLT runs to the egg. If it encounters an enemy ship, it dies and creates so many Scourgies.
Guided Rocket:
This follows the Targetting Redicle.
You can choose different ships. You can also get a "Stealth Redicle" which is a DT that people can't detect. They CAN see it, however, because, of course, cloaks make that wierd distortion effect. Or you can use the permenant cloak trick on a special bought redicle, to get an expensive targeting redicle that's CLOAKED.
For Rp's, you BUILD units instead of SPAWNING them(excepting heroes and such of coursE). Faster to make, faster than spawning, less triggers.
For Defense games, have it so that no1 can enter or pass each other's areas without permission, which is granted with a Civilian and a bunch of Beacons. The player moves his Civ to Red's beacon, Red can enter/pass. Just an example.
Scourge bullets.
Thief/Assassin map where your units are crappy as hell, but they're almost always cloaked ones, long range ones, or fast ones. The objective is not to kill, it's to avoid combat.
Card dueling map in which you choose from a certain selection of cards, each one costing so much. Each card has its own special attacks, and different attacks from different cards do different damage to different cards, I.E. Swordsman slashes Stone Golem, and because it's stone, which can't be cut well, it takes very little damage, while as if the enemy has Slug(these are just example cards) it's near 1-hit kill.

Hmm, actually, I'd like to see a second version of Outpost War for the next mass release. Enough the version is insanely fun.

Idea: A large version of Fleet Command, with everything remade and brought up to today's standards. Maybe even have it so that it doesn't require all 6 players, or if people leave, the game isn't screwed.

Idea 2: A fun filled SEN Movie map. Okay, no real idea, but Yoshi should play with this idea.

Would be good too... don't forget to include the 'bar'(that we still need to come up with)

Here's an idea; in every map, there'll be some hidden part, wich will be "The bar" or something, with everyone from SEN in it. That is, if you have room to put it in.

Isn't that like StarCraft Party?

Hmm, let's see, adding onto Coko's map where it tests all of a person's SC skills. Or at least UMS map skills. Different parts: a defense part, a bound part, a madness part, a trick part, a tag part, a dodge part, and a RPG part.

Actually, how long would that map take a player to finish?

I was thinking of one typ of map. It has a big arena where you can send units just to mess around. And, it has a bunch of mini-games.
Another idea is a team game, in which you have to choose your squadron units and pass the tests and everything.

Actually, my favorite type of maps would be those that need team work and squad work. Like SC Fortress and Fleet Command. And Chu's Outpost War to a lesser extent (due to less teamwork involved). I don't like mindless building and shooting maps such as defense maps and stuff like that.

How about a running game; where u must get the barracks/command centres across the board without getting caught. To stop the units getting you too badly you can land and only the couple of land units can get you? Easy to trigger. Just have to alterative Location Markers for hte Command Centre and activate them through a third location depending if hte player is landed or airborne! What ppl think?

Then you'd like my map idea. It's make-a-squad-of-units-and-use-teamwork-with-other-allies'-squads and try to get past the tests, enemies, obstacles, and ultimately your enemys' squads.

My favorite games are like squad support because you can work in a team (basically only way to win), you try solo attacks (maybe you'll win if your lucky), and you have to defend the main base. You use non-hero units but in groups.

Alright, here's a map idea or more that I remembered:
Spinning spiral trap of doom(for bound maps... ugh)
Have 3 units, such as Scouts, in an equilateral triangle. They must be in an equilateral triangle, and the same speed. Now, have one location centered on each one, and one center on the middle of the triangle

--A--C
The unit at location A chases after location C, whose unit is chasing after location B, whose unit is chasing location A, thus they spiral towards each other, and then go back to their old postions when they reach the center.

Shoot the Zergling:
Have a box with a bunch of burrowed units, preferably Zerglings. They must be unallied with the player. Have an allied Zergling with speed upgrade running around the box randomly. It can take 2 shots before death, not counting healing. The human must kill the Zergling.

Yeah, I hate maps like battlecraft unless you can control your men.

I LOVED the original Zone control. Because it was similar to melee in that you had to attack, defend, and expand at the right times. Not to mention upgrading etc.

By original, I mean the non-mass one. I hate the gay ass masser.

A top down spaceship shooter with 6 players. 1 person would pilot the ship by moving it around, while another person would build marines at a barracks, and when every marine is made, a laser (scourge) would come out of the front of the ship. Firebats and medics could be specials or bombs.

Here's an idea:

Spy Competition! Basically, you are the president of a spy organization and your job is to complete more missions than them, have better quality completed missions, and not to directly assault another spy organization, although you CAN kill other spies on the same mission as you. Choose you best spy for the job, like a CQB spy, or a sniper spy. Maybe I'll make a scenario on that.

I made a map were there are two teams and each team starts out controlling a box or a "matrix" as it is called in my map. Once they build a building in the matrix it will say next matrix available wer they will go to another sqaure and have to build a turret or cannon. You have to gain as many squares as possible to make it harder for the other team but at the same time defend the sqaures you already have taken. If you play the map it will be alot clearer of what im saying.

HEre's an idea...
Thieves/Assassins Rpg. You choose a Thief/Assassin(Zealot, high HP/Damage, Zergling, fast and with good stealth spells, Ghost, ranged med. power attack, Dark Templar, able to meld with shadows extremely well),
and you have to escape prison. After that, you go back to your Thief/Assassin guild, and starts taking missions. You can get money to buy spells, or find weapons on the ground.

found a kick ass bug for nice blood needs a ulti and a marine the ultra dies then marine spawns then marine dies Peserve trigger.
