Use a bunker and some sprites, coz a marine and a kerrigen can go into it.

Seige tanks always have looked like beds to me. You can make it play a bunker load-up sound if you want and also move the units.

Use cover-ops. It is flat (kinda) and ok size for normal infantry.

Ehh just use those rocks (or a combination of overlapping rocks) above for a bed.

And a Robotics Facility doesn't fit the 2x2 size. It would need to be a pylon/turrent, or something like that... mature crystallis, add-ons, not a large selection building wise.

i think u should use a dropship becouse like some one said its square and u can upload the unit into it so i think thats the best think u should use
