If we pissed off anyone, it's Canada, there government hates ours because they dissapproved of the missile defence system, but we ignored them and went along anyways. I think they would be one of the countries who would want to prove it doesn't work to have a missile defence. Doubt it would be the government who actually sends a bomb, governments just don't do mass destruction weapons anymore.

Us? Bomb the US? Hahaha...we hardly have a military at all! Some of us may be pissed at the US, but it'll be expressed in the form of angry letters, a few demonstrations, and a bit of internet posting action.

Would you rather be in a situation where you need a missle defense system and not have one (i.e. a bunch of nukes/missles are headed your way)? Or to be in a situation where you have a missle defense system, but not need it at the momment?
In your answer please consider the time it takes to set up and build an entire defense and such.

We did not participate in the Missle Defence system because of numerous reasons. One of them being that Paul Martines party members hate your president and go.
"What? George Bush? Umm no!"
Also at first we wanted to participate but then so many people did not want to participate in it and he was under a lot of pressure so near the end he said no.
Besides if there was a missle comming to us or flying by to attack you, you will still defend us
