Hey, I have a question for you guys out there: If there were 2 black holes relatively close to each other, what would happen?

One of two things may happen:

1) The Black Hole with the strongest gravitational force will "suck" the other Black Hole into itself.

2) The two Black Holes will pull on each other and thus merging toghether.

If all black holes have infinite mass then how can one infinity possibly be greater than another infinity. Unless of course their mass only approaches infinity in which case the black hole that is older timewise will have a greater mass. I do not believe that the mass of any object can be infinity. That would defy the laws of physics more than anything stated here before as fact.

I believe that objects can go faster than the speed of light- if the speed of light can be reached. For example, if an object is moving at the speed of light, even the tiniest amount of force would propel that object to go faster than light. However, if the speed of light cannot actually be reached, and we only approach that speed, then these little "bumps" of speed will just push us... halfway to the door, each time.

Also, I have devised a way to communicate faster than light. An extremely long yet sturdy wire is connected between two places. When one end of the wire is turned, instantly the end of the opposite side of the rod would turn as well. The measurement of a spin would equal a character, for example, a 5 degree spin is A, a 10 degree spin is B, etc- going through most of the useful ascii language. This way, communications could instantly be transferred between two places that are far away. Meteors would prove to be an obstacle, but preplanners could discover one approaching long before it hit, and simply move the rod out of the way.
