Cliffs by themselves aren't hard. But if you try to link things to them, it becomes a hassle.

Rantent that looks amazing, I see nothing but great work from you time after time. I would love to see you make terrain for an RPG and have someone such as Tux make the triggers. I think that that would be the best RPG ever. =p

Actually, I've decided to take a bunch of my ideas, and put them all together in a sniper map. (Along with some other people's) I'm keeping most of the ideas down low until its completed, which could be very soon. I have most of the terrain done, although it still needs work to in some areas. This is the map's terrain without sprites or anything.

Anyways, this was offtopic.gif a little bit. And Puff, I would love to see the defence when its finished.

Ya, I incorperated a few ideas from other people, TriggaMasta's quarry, Clokr_'s bridge to temple wall, and Xenomaniac's waterfall, (just off the top of my head) but most of the terrain is my own compilation.

Wow nice terran, I also like now you did the letters on mini map, looks nice.

Also I like the cliff, the eleverters I kinda ok with, but I really dont think it looks that much like a elevator.

Heh, cool elevator. This has a ton of possibilities. I'm imagining that huge cliff, being linked to the ground by a huuuuge ramp. At a certain "height", there would be a lot of hallucination "clouds" to give the impression that you're walking up an epic mountain to a peak above the clouds. Sounds interesting...

There 's already a kill yourself map... Kill Me! by Tux....

ADDITION:
Very nice Ratent!! I would like to see this map finished!! I got a question, is this going to be straight kill? You could have problems with spawn camping unless you made spawns random.

I made a topic about the map Here. Because it its off topic.
Glytcher, thats a pretty good idea for an elevator biggrin.gif , but I think that it looks sort of out of place on the mountain. I could see in some sort of mining rpg or something though.

Whoever said this would be a good for a King of The Hill map was right. This plateau would serve perfectly as The Hill. All I'm concerned about is actually building a staircase that could blend well with this large figure.

Good luck, with whatever you do—and for god sakes, put this lonely figure to use!
