Yeah, it makes it look really neat and organized. Thats what I hated about some of the changes before --- they made SEN look sloppier.

This poll was meant to be a fast decision at 3am, I was fooling around, put the options on the left side for one page and as like omg, does this look better? I couldn't decide. So I made a poll, but no one voted that early in the morn so I was going to just use right... but seeing how this poll turned out, I'll reconsider. Perhaps I'll redo the whole system in a different manner all together. Putting them on the right side doesn't look so bad at 800x600, but at bigger resolutions like 1100+, it starts spacing out in uglier fashions.

I just want perfection .

When all else fails just make it user customized.

I like left better because you can see everything better. Right now...the vote is 17-17.

I like the left, because on the right it looks strange...
The left all the options and text are lined up, on the right it varies on the text.

Left is much more organised.

Sure we read left to right, you just start reading an inch over, then you just click left of it. Not that time consuming. Unless your one of thoes crazy dumb people who move the cursor along the text as they read so they never lose there place. (when reading a book, you dont have a mouse to move the little ][ thing along with where you read )

I looked at the titlle, and many of the post but no one seems to mention what should be placed left or right.

So what am I suppose to be looking at?

I dont think Left is efficent because a majority of us read from left to right.
Those who said left is efficent are probably those who read from right to left.
i.e. manga readers, and anyone that understands japanese (im not sure about chinese text)
