Most dogs and cats (not necessarily big cats) can be bred.
I do not know much about dogs, but I know "house cats" are Felis Domesticus, that is probably similar to dogs, because notice all small cats can breed and not be sterile? there the same species, or just extremely close. Big cats are all the Panthara, acinonyx, etc. stuff, so they are harder to find mixable ones. (I bet you can find what panther is

I'll tell you what's not possible. A funny Ben Stiller movie. Besides, a Saltwater Crocodile Komodo dragon hybrid would own a Bear Shark. Oh, by the way, a Bear Shark has been done.
