Well, I have read most of the posts in this but meh... they are all the same. But, this is more directed towards Wesmic. Put yourself in the manager's shoes and you were in charge of the pay roll. Let's brek this down:

You have 1 American who will start at let's say $6.75 an hour. This guy has some previous work experience so that will boost the wages to $7.00. Now, maybe this job needed some University time. Let's change that $7.00 to $9.00. This guy will work on average 30 hours a week. So, that is $270.00 a week and $1,080.00 a month (no taxes).

Now, we have the illigal immigrant who is very desperate for work. So, the employer says he will higher him at $3.00 an hour. I guarantee you that the employer will hire the immigrant because the immigrant will work harder for 3* less than the American.

And, most immigrants are working because they want to improve their lives coming from a shitty life before. So, all in all. Work harder than the other guy.

that still is the point though. This is our country, ours, not there's. This is only their country when then imigrate legelly, and settle down and become good people. Illegal Immagrants are taking AMERICAN jobs, not Mexican jobs, they are not American just by running their asses over an invisible line.

Illegal immigrants don't steal American jobs; American companies give the illegals jobs. Said companies give a higher priority to illegal immigrants than legal American residents because the illegals are willing to work for less.

We are also losing jobs from companys that have their big buisnesses over in india and that area and paying the people who live their a lot less than what they would have to pay americans and also causes less american jobs

There is a distinction between stealing a job from someone and being offered a job by a company because you're willing to work for less. It is the fault of the company, not the illegal immigrant (or the foreign citizen outside of America, in the case of outsourcing), for denying jobs to legal American residents.

Christ, this country is not to be run by white males. You're only lucky because you came out of your mom's on american soil.

But I do agree, if we need to secure the borders for a while, I'll understand. (Considering we're edging towards another depression) But if the economy is doing great, let them come. The more that come, the more people there are on our side. Yes, the 1st generation don't fit in too well, but their children well start to lose their bullshit cultural history, and become like the rest of us. Americans. (America is all about losing your cultural history, and mixing it all together. *Cough* *Cough* Melting pot)

One last question, what kinda jobs are they stealing? Seriously. I see 1st generation immigrants down here usually doing lower class jobs. (I'm in florida)

I Hate the border. They are being causious of people but if you get pull over you will have to wait at least.. like 3 hours. I have been very lucky with the american border but someone behind me got pullover once and i was glad we were ahead. They are just trying to be safe. It may be annoying and i hate it but i guess its right in some ways.

Look at the big picture. If we all of the sudden were able to get rid and stop all of the illegal immigrants our Country wouldn't run. How many "hispanics" do you see mowing lawns, working at airports, gas stations, UPS/FedEx, working on the farm lands, and doing some of the hardest labour in the Country. I guarentee 100% that most Americans (That are white) would NOT do that. Case Closed.

wesmic, you have no argument. "We all have to start somewhere" is a crock-o-shit. If you are do indignent to get a job you are either stupid or handicapped. It isn't hard to get a job. All you need to do is:

1.) Apply in formal clothes and talk like your a 30 yr. old successful lawyer.

2.) If they reject you the first time, keep applying and check back in with that employer.

3.) If all else fails, go somewhere else.

For the most part, the immigrants are only stealing jobs filled with hard labor. Mostly, housing, farming, cleaning. Pretty much the jobs that the average "white" American will completely ignore. And, if you are saying they are stealing jobs then your an idiot. That just shows you aren't able to work. Simple as that.

That is so true, because mexicans are being paid three to four times as less money. And they were eight hours a day, so for us to equal that we would have to work 24-32 HOURS A DAY. its impossible to work 24 hours a day... and obviously theres only that much time in a day so, its not even imaginable to work more.

Dark2004... It doesn't matter what mind set you have, even if you look formal as all hell and impress the shit out of him. One mexican can get a job done. One american can get the job done. Therefore he's obviously going to take the person he can pay WAY less.
