I assume "illy" to mean illegal? Why is that? Why would those specific combinations of letters make you illegal?

Read what i said up there. All new acounts on battlenet must start with ither a letter or a number It isn't exactly the exact combination of letters. My acount " (U)Bolt_Head starts with a ( and that makes it an "illy". You can't make "illy" acounts anymore thats why they call them that.
