I can disagree with this because that's not how I act, and that's not how people I know act. If someone beats me fair and square in an argument, I don't hate them, if they claim they won the argument, although they havn't managed to change anyone's opinion, then I hate them. The reason I hate them, is because they are worthless and obnoxious.
In a physical fight, if I were beaton fair and square I'd walk away knowing that he was better than me at it. If he pulled out a knife, or some bullshit like that (I guess a knife is a little extreme, and I'd probably have to high tail it out of there first chance), I would hate him for making me look weaker than I actually am, and I would later treat him like shit when he needed assistance.

We humans evolve as a species, not by individuals.
How do you explain the fact that there are only a few really smart people who invent the technology 90% of the population doesn't understand, yet uses all the time? Because of the Printing Press, we've gotten knowledge before intelligence, evoloution didn't keep up with the odd smart people that pop up.

Off Topic, he was using evolution as a source for proof, no need to explain into that 1 part.
Yes stubborness does factor hate, but it is not the only source. I said earlier some of the things that cause hate. Usually it's reluctness to forgive, also known as being stubborn. When you grow to disregard something or someone, you push them further and further deeper into your mind. Eventually you can't stand the thought or sight of whatever it is you have grown to hate, this is because you didn't take the time to work out the conflict with him/her/it/that/that word. Say you hate the idea of Democracy, why do you hate democracy? America is consuming so many resources and preserves in the name of their democracy. You now dislike democracy doing to the fact it is associated with America. You never learned of democracy and what it completely stands for, and you turn to disregard it over time. The more and more you hear the more you grow negatively to it. I'm just trying to say hate is something that is very broad, and you would have to exclusively address each situation to so say find a solution to hate. It will always be different(except when the situation is the same).
In different contexts hate means different things, at different levels. Profound or powerful hate is anger to the next level, complete with a grudge. It's a very passionate grudge that often brings back memories that bring on anger in an individual.
Other, less interesting kinds of hating - dissing, detesting, disliking (to an extreme), being very angry at, being mad
I was using hate as the word we can use to describe a feeling we get. I almost have a belief that we miss use the word hate. Like we have a feeling in our bodies that has no name...yet. We don't know how to describe it. Emotions are our instincts, we have had them before we had intelligence. Animals emmit emotions too.
So in modern terms, part of the feeling you get from "hating" some one is a feeling you can't discribe. I have it all the time during football/lacrosse. I would get so furious becuase I messed up a play or fumbled the ball that I just felt like punching the first person I see. Then a coach would say something to me and I would want to punch that coach as hard as I could. I would hate every one at that moment. But at the same time I wouldn't, and I would turn this new emotion I am feeling into fuel, so the next play I am in and bust the crap out of my oppenant and I feel great after I do it.
It is not aggression I am feeling, but I know what you mean if you say I am feeling it. Its something different that I only get in curtain situations.
Some people may know what Im talking about, others may not, but all in all this feeling has not been explained yet to my knowledge.
In my own words:
Hate is the anti-love. Hate is what brings us together. Hate is the opposite of what humanity is centered around (though gaining popularity).
Hate, (I hate sen

)
I just heard that from some other site.
Hate is a very usefull word!!! You use it every day, like I hate this god damn computor... I say that almost every day.
Here's another example, I hate people who don't bother to spell correctly, despite the formal setting. I hate people who half ass things, such as using capitalizations and periods, while failing to spell common words of their native language correctly.
If you get angry after competing because you lost, we have a name for it. Bad sportsmanship.

If I don't believe this is true, and I can explain why, why should I be silenced. I've got another example of hate. I hate people who don't know when to shut up.

You didn't get what either of us said, that's all.

Duh, but I never said I lost, I said when ever I mess up a play, or fumble the football, just stupid mistakes that I should not have made.
It seems that you have no idea what I am talking about and it seems that you are quick to judge emotions. Its not bad sportsmanship to use rage and frustration as fuel to power yourself to victory and there is nothing wrong with being angry that you lost a game. Its bad sportsmanship to be angry and ACT on your anger to aggressively insult/hit a player of another team.
You are ignorant and have shown, so far, that you don't play anything thing thats a real sport. Hence you have no experience in any of these emotions and I will begin to take your arguement (over everything) as a grain of salt.
I play Rugby. Football is a pansy sport where where little girly men prance around in armour. If I'm angry enough to lose focus and I mess up my tackles, my heads going to hurt a lot since we don't wear helmets.

Off topic: A pro football player (with out pads) would absolutly tackle the shit out of a pro rugby player. No contest.
Again you can't say anything about Football becuase you have never played it, it is one of the hardest hitting sports in the world, why we wear protect padding? Most players hit so hard that if they didn't have padding they would pop their arm's right out of thier sockets.
I have played rugby before, its an ok fun sport, but I like harder hitting sports better. Bottom line, rugby players don't hit hard enough to enough get serious injuries, football players do.
On Topic: You are running around my point like a chicken with it's head cut off. Im tired of trying to explain it to you.
Rugby is a gentlemens sport =/ You attacked my credibility in an attempt to further your argument, and I told you that your attack was false. I'm tired of pricks not being able to peice together their own logic.
If you ask a stupid question, you'll get a stupid answer, if you make a stupid statement, you'll get a stupid rebuttle. It's not my fault you can't convey your argument in a concise and to the point manner.
The point of me saying I play Rugby, is that I have the experience to know it's better to just be aggresive, and that hate (as defined by dictionary.com) will only cloud my thought, and bring upon frustration. Guess what happens to a hooker when he's frustrated? He'll likly break a rule in the scrum, and it's the other teams ball. Not cool.
Nobody's trying to be stupid. Stop arguing.
Hate is an emotion I feel towards PsychoTemplar

me too.
And templar, you also spun my point into a twisted rugby arguement about hate and sportsmanship. If you read me earlier post more carefully, you would have noticed I said this.

I said PART of the feeling you get from "hating" some one. PART, key word dumby.
many emotions fuel hate, I was trying to describe one that hasn't been described yet.
Hate isn't that powerful an emotion for me. Things I hate are simply things I don't want (not neutral, as in, I would be unhappy if) to be exposed to. Since I'm making your stay at the Serious Discussion Forum unpleasent, I'll leave (this forum, not the site). I'm not getting anything out pleasent out of this either. This in no way means I agree with what you've said, and if you really want to continue arguing about this, fine.
Hate is a very weak emotion to me.
Hate is someone that I don't love.
Hate is something that I've always kept it a treasure.
Hate is something I always bring up when I see crowds of massive shit.
Hate is a definition for anger.
