It was v1.something. I don't remember. I got it off Sucidial Insanity's Stormcoast site. But it didn't work anyways...

it turns out he messed it up in starforge.... or at least has an error that is produced by a known bug in starforge...

lack of admin access? well I assume you are running nt4 / win2k / xp / 2003 then right? I ought to make it so any normal user account rights should be enough, so just come on irc (irc2.beyondirc.net , #camsys / #smemp / #stormcoast-fortress ) and I'll try to figure out which files you cant access. I assume you can access the SC mpq files, correct? Its most likely the loading / saving settings to the registry.
