That's how I began learning some more of the bin editing. I am gettinf pretty good at it to. (After Mr.Bob flamed me for asking so many questions when all of them were answered by the pdf). The manual is VERY good. It goes through everything. I can make an SCV almost do a jumping melee attack like BST's Doom Dragoon mod. IceCC I love you!

It's so powerful because it's the closest thing in Starcraft modding to a programming language.

Never tryied IceCC..is there anything that I can do with IceCC,that I cant do with Arsenal III?

They are completely different programs. ICECC edits the attack animations for units. Arsenal III edits their data files. Or did you mean to compare ICECC and ICE? ICECC is faster to use if you get the hang of it, sort of like comparing SF triggers to normal Staredit triggers.

The short answer is: lots of things. Neither of the Doom mods could have been created without IceCC, Arsenal III is just not capable of doing a lot of the effects on its own.

The IceCC manual is excellent and tells you how to do lots, I recommend everyone to read it. It's just not as good as it could be as a reference, because it's not entirely correct and has unknowns for commands that are now known.

Download ICECC off SEN. The manual comes in the folder with the program and required data.

The manual explains it well. I should be adding a tutoial for ICECC someday to the pinned thread.

LegacyWeapon: "We have tutorials for everything!"

Anyway, Rhino, I really look forward to the list of isciript commands, because people here seem to be apathetic towards manuals and at lot of the stuff in the manual is confusing and wrong.

Do you have sun java whatever?

If you dont, then download it from here:

http://java.sun.com/

and you must extract it to C:\ , it will make an iceCC directory for you. Then run it.
